Telephony Downtime – Wednesday 7 November 2018
As part of a major upgrade to our switchboard and call centre systems at Warranty House, there will be a small amount of downtime during the day of Wednesday 7 November.
Unfortunately, due to changing between network providers we couldn’t schedule this for out of office hours or a weekend.
This transfer time should only be for 10-15 minutes at most and will allow us to switch our systems to a new network and roll out improved access to our call centre.
We are not sure when during the day this transfer will happen, but thank you for your understanding should your contact with us be disrupted.
We will do our best to minimise the impact.
